Quadrant 1: The Procrastinator

- shrink Q1 by procrastinating less by doing important things early.

Quadrant 2: The Prioritizer

- the results of living in Q2 are control of your life, balance, and high performance 

Quadrant 3: The Yes-man

- say no to Q3 activities as they pull you away from more important ones.

Quadrant 4: The Slacker

- cut down on Q4, slacker activities and shift this time to Q2.

Time Management: Daily Planning

If you want to get a lot of things done you need to plan your day out in advance and stick to it. YouTube video blogger Thomas Frank has some daily planning suggestions in the video below.

Find and start using a To-Do List app in your daily routine.

What Does Thomas Do?

 

1.) Sunday: create a weekly plan in a paper book

 

2.) each morning: after waking up create a daily plan (he uses a white board) that lists 6 or 7 tasks. Includes an estimate when each task should be done by. 

 

Tasks that need to be done go immediately into app todoist.
